    Sessions may be delivered in person, via zoom or at a client's home when appropriate.

  2. Nature of Services

    Serenity Shift provides hypnotherapy and complementary wellness services designed to support emotional regulation, habit change, stress reduction and medical-procedure anxiety.

    Hypnotherapy is a complimentary therapy. It is not a replacement for medical, dental, psychological, or psychiatric care.

    Serenity Shift does not:

    • diagnose medical or psychological conditions

    • provide medical treatment

    • advise on medication

    • guarantee outcomes

    Clients should continue care with their GP, psychologist, dentist, radiologist or other healthcare providers.

  3. Client Responsibilities

    To ensure safe and effective sessions, clients agree to:

    • provide accurate information during intake

    • disclose relevant medical or psychological conditions

    • seek medical advice when needed

    • attend sessions sober and in a safe state

    Serenity Shift reserves the right to decline service if a client is intoxicated, unsafe, or unsuitable for hypnotherapy at that time.

  4. Booking, Payment & Cancellation

    Payment Methods:

    • Bank transfer (prior to session)

    • Easy Tap (on confirmation of booking)

    Cancellations:

    • 48 hours notice is required

    • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a fee, including loss of deposit, or may be transferred to a different date

    Rescheduling:

    • Allowed with reasonable notice

    • Missed appointments will incur loss of deposit

  5. Results Disclaimer

    Hypnotherapy outcomes vary between individuals.

    Results depend on client participation, mindset, and personal cincumstances.

    Serenity Shift does not guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes.

  6. Recording Policy

    Some programs include personalised audio recordings. Clients agree that:

    • recordings are for personal use only

    • recordings may not be shared, sold or distributed

    • copyright remains with Serenity Shift

    • background music is licenced for commercial use

  7. Session Environment

    Serenity Shift provides a calm, private, professional space for sessions.

    Clients agree to:

    • behave respectfully

    • maintain appropriate boundaries

    • communicate any discomfort or concerns

    Serenity Shift may discontinue a session if behaviour becomes unsafe or inappropriate.

  8. Liability Limitation

    Serenity Shift is not liable for:

    • decisions clients make based on sessions

    • missed medical appointments

    • outcomes of medical procedures

    • technological issues during online or zoom sessions

    • personal interpretations of session content

    Clients engage in hypnotherapy at their own discretion.

  9. Website Use

    By using Serenity Shift website, clients agree not to:

    • copy or distribute website content

    • misuse bookings forms or contact systems

    • attempt to access secure areas or interfere with site functionality
